He Was Never Brought To Trial
Before Oswald could even be brought to trial, while he was being transported to another location, Jack Ruby, a 52-year old adult club owner, shot Oswald in the stomach out of anger for killing JFK. Oswald, who was transported to the exact same hospital that Kennedy had also been brought to after his fatal shooting, also died from the gunshot he endured from Ruby. He never confessed to the killing of JFK and took whatever he knew to the grave.
