The brutal demise of Arlis Perry
Nineteen-year-old Arlis Perry had an argument with her husband one night and decided to go to the Stanford Memorial Church on the campus of Stanford University in Palo Alto. It was October 13, 1974. The next day, she was found dead from an ice pick stab in the base of her skull. No suspect was ever identified, and the case remains a mystery to this day.
