It’s always a good idea to book accommodations in advance when going on holidays but if you’re one of those types who get an extra kick by being spontaneous about these things, make sure you have an idea of where to go and not rely on hotel runners to help get you one as you might get a surprise you’re not bargaining for. These hotel runners frequent Central Station and are on the lookout for people with luggage as they might be tourists that they can make a profit out of. You might very well end up in a crowded, or illegal hotel, or somewhere with high rates in an area that you don’t want to find yourself in.
