If you see a child not behaving properly, no matter how rude you think he or she may be, never make the mistake of talking to the child as this will result to a huge argument between you and the child’s parent/s. The only persons who are considered allowed to address children aside from their parents are persons of authority like police officers or teachers, or even pastors or priests. You will accomplish nothing and will only make matters worse, so if you really have to, approach the parent.
