Given how pragmatic the Germans are, we don’t need to explain that you should not be on a bicycle lane unless you’re actually riding one. Don’t walk on it as it is meant to be for cyclists that usually speed by, not shy to tell you that they don’t appreciate the fact that you’re on their lane and in their way.
