Rocky’s career was on an upward spiral. From the first super bowl championship that he and his beloved Steelers would win, they would go on to win another 3 more. It would seem that the one player that almost every single person in the NFL didn’t believe stood a chance to flourish, proved them all wrong.

Writing An Autobiography

People were so inspired by his story that Rocky ended up writing an autobiography in 1980 entitled, ‘Fighting Back: The Rocky Bleier Story.’ And his fame didn’t end there. His story was even made into a television movie, and had gone on to author even more books later on.
