10 Years Later
Within 10 years since he first began mountain hiking, he was finally going to get to live his dream of climbing Mount Everest, guided by Rob Hall. In May of 1996, he headed up with 8 other people and Hall, ready to ascend the epic heights of the historic mountain. But the worst possible thing was going to happen, a blizzard was about to arrive, and Beck was going blind.
