On December 26, 2004, a magnitude 9.1 Earthquake occurred off the epicenter of Sumatra, Indonesia. Due to the intensity of the quake, it caused a massive tsunami along the coasts of basically every country that would meet the Indian Ocean. It would bring an unbelievable amount of destruction to hundreds of thousands of people, many of whom were vacationing with their families and loved ones. Unbelievably, this would also be considered the 3rd biggest earthquake that the world had ever encountered.

Facebook is a social media site, which was founded in 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg and a few of his fellow Harvard friends, eventually became the biggest public networking site ever used with over 2 billion members. It also gave way to other social media networking sites like Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat, which also made their debut into the world after Facebook. Now, the way that people all over the world interact with the rest of society has changed forever due to sites like these.
