Sarah Gilbert

Sarah was known for her part on the popular show, Roseanne, where she happened to be dating Johnny Galecki whom she would later on ‘date on screen’ on The Big Bang Theory. But when her younger relationship turned depressing, she soon realized that it was because she was really into girls and starting seeing a woman 18 years older than her at the time. Since then, she shares, “I want to live a true life. Beyond that, we do often say things like ‘it gets better’ – and it does get better. I have an amazing life, but here can still be a struggle with it, and that’s ok. There can be a part of you that doesn’t want to be different or feel scared. And that is more important than any of it.”
