Meredith Baxter was best known for years for her role on ‘Family Ties,’ so it came as a shock when she finally revealed the fact that she was, indeed, a lesbian. Although, Baxter explains that her 5 children already knew, sharing how she told them, “I said, ‘I think I’m gay’ and my oldest boy said, ‘I knew.’ The support from my family and anyone close to me has been so immediate and unqualified. I’ve really been blessed.”
