Pregnant Maraglino Taken Into Custody
Dorothy Grace Marie Maraglino was a control freak in their house. She had sticky notes on the walls, telling Lopez where everything was supposed to go and how things were supposed to be done. It was clear she controlled Lopez. The surveillance video from the Ramada Inn Hotel also showed that Maraglino was with Lopez when she wrote the letter. Maraglino was seen bringing writing materials to the hotel room. Based on all the evidence found, including the writings all over the house, investigators had a theory Maraglino was the mastermind behind Brittany’s murder. On the 10th of May, Maraglino, the third suspect in the homicide and who was pregnant at the time, was taken into custody. All three suspects were charged with murder, and each of them was set with bail at $3 million.
