It would seem that these guys have totally gotten their superheroes all mixed up. You have characters from Disney, the Justice League and the Power Rangers all wrapped into one fun bunch known as the ‘Sense of Right Alliance.” Who knows, Shrek may just save the day with his snarky comments and huge green fists.
Golliwog
The Golliwog doll was a 19th century ragdoll that first came about as far back as 1895 as a character in popular children’s books. Somehow, it was recreated once again in the early 2000s and sold, much to the chagrin of most consumers. The doll, which was meant to be a depiction of African Americans, even embodied the same clothing that they would be shown wearing during minstrel shows, which mocked those of African American descent. Thank goodness they were finally taken down from toy shelves once and for all.
