Starwars is undoubtedly one of the world’s most successful movie franchises of all time. When the first movie of the original trilogy was released in 1977, people couldn’t get enough of it, and toys, Deathstar replicas, and figurines were flying off the shelves. But this particular one of Princess Leia in her “slave outfit” created outrage in a way that none of the others did. Although this is exactly what she wore in the 1983 film ‘Return of the Jedi,’ with the metal chain around her neck as Jabba The Hutt’s prisoner, parents were still outraged to know that Hasbro would actually sell it as a figurine with the actual words ‘Slave Outfit’ on the box.

Kids love stuffed toys, especially those that can talk and sing. And while this little froggy is dressed up as a rapper like the best of them, the song he sings is ‘Candy Shop’ by 50 Cent. No matter how cute Kermit’s brother may be dressed up all gangsta, the exceedingly suggestive lyrics of the song are most definitely not for kids. Parents were definitely not amused by him after hearing the song’s words.
