Money Pit Domes
Given the prestige of the NFL, the league does not really like to play on cheap fields. For this reason, every team has a big flashy sports dome and the cost are up to the billions. Los Angles just got the green light to begin a on a new stadium in Inglewood and is being projected to have a US$ 2.5 billion price tag making it the most expensive dome in the world. It is dubbed as the Disney World of football stadiums. Conversely, this edifice complex does leave a problem to domes that already exists, like the Houston Astrodome. These ginormous domes are expensive to maintain and the city harbors the expense. Moreover, these domes are only utilized for 4-5 months in a year and gathers dust. The city winds up needing more money to spend to make these domes useful and expenses continue to inflate.
