31. North Adams, Massachusetts
Located in Berkshire County, Massachusetts, North Adams has recently become a hub for tourism, culture and recreation. Thousands of enthusiasts, flock to the city to experience the vibrant art scene especially since North Adams is home to the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary art, the largest contemporary art museum in the United States.
