The Reactor Today

After the enormously expensive clean-up effort of the Soviet Government that cost human lives, they covered the reactor in large concrete sarcophagus to contain the radioactive material inside. The tomb was designed to last for only 30 years. However, a new crypt is currently being installed to suppress radiation.
