Sending In The Men
The men would require specialized suits to even attempt to make it close to the pieces of the reactor that they needed to move. The suits were said to have ‘lead panels sewn into them,’ all so that the men could remove the debris from the roof and push it into the breach. But that wasn’t the only issue, time wasn’t on their side either.
