29. Arturo – the most miserable polar bear in the world

Humans aren’t the only ones in danger in zoos. Even some animals fall victim to ill-treatment, which eventually cost them their lives. One such animal was Arturo the polar bear. Recently, True Activist gave a look into the harrowing world of Arturo the most miserable polar bear in the world inside his small enclosure in an Argentinian zoo. It was clear that the condition inside the animal’s enclosure wasn’t conducive for its type of species.

He was in total isolation and he was living in desperate conditions each day. Efforts by animal activists were carried out to try to return Arturo to his natural cold habitat, but unfortunately, he died before he could be freed due to “complications from old age.”
