Regina Kay Walters in the Hands of the Truck Stop Killer

This picture of a frail and terrified 14 year old Regina Kay Walters was taken by her abductor and would be killer, Robert Ben Rhoades who was otherwise known as the Truck Stop Killer. Walters was only one of more than 50 women who were raped and killed by the cold-blooded serial killer who preyed on unsuspecting victims he came across while plying his truck routes between 1975 and 1990. Walters, who was tortured by Rhoades for many months before her death, was the last known victim of the serial killer who is now serving two life sentences for his crimes.

The Abduction of James Patrick Bulger

In 1993, James Patrick Bulger was taken from his parents while walking around a shopping center in the United Kingdom. A snapshot of the surveillance footage from that fateful day shows the 3-year old being led away by what looks to be a young boy and the events after has been considered as one of the UK’s most heinous crimes. Bulger was found tortured and murdered but that wasn’t even the worst part of the story as the perpetrators of the chilling crime were discovered to be two ten year old boys.
