The 35th President of the US, JFK served from 1961 until his assassination in 1963. A graduate of Harvard, he served in the Naval Reserve in World War II. Remembered for steering the US through the Cold War, alleviating conflict with Cuba and the Middle East, as well as advocating civil rights. Many were moved to tears when he was assassinated. He may be the most popular President not only for Americans, but the entire world. We can only imagine what else he may have achieved if he was not killed prematurely.
