John Quincy Adams was a Harvard graduate and has the highest IQ among the US Presidents. He also studied around the world and was fluent in 7 languages. A lawyer and diplomat, as the 6th President he was remembered for negotiating the end of the war of 1812. Known also as “Old Man Eloquent” due to his top caliber oratorical skills. He served from 1825 to 1829. He was a member of the Federalist, Democratic-Republican, National Republican, and later on Anti-Masonic and Whig parties.
